Message: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Exception Type: SocketException

Can you confirm the Port and server is correct? This is the major issue for this error.

Can you please try it by gmail by this configuration.

SMTP server address: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP username: Your Gmail address (e.g. youmail@gmail.com)
SMTP password: Your Gmail password
SMTP port (TLS): 587
SMTP port (SSL): 465
SMTP TLS/SSL required: yes
