The bot is unable to access my second account in the Outlook application and is throwing the error shown below. I’ve tried several approaches, including specifying the account name, folder name, in Get outlook mail message activity and even I tried using the “Get Exchange Mail Messages” activity, but the issue persists. If anyone has faced a similar problem before, I’d appreciate it if you could share your solution.
- Give the accountname as seen in outlook
- In folder sometimes giving accountname\inbox would help

Tried it already…still same issue
If you have configured the activity correctly and still getting this issue, most probably it’s issue with your outlook.
This activity only works with Outlook desktop application and not on web application.
Check the Outlook version you have installed on the machine.
to verify can you please try with this activity
just ensure you use classic outlook
