Any suggestions on how to solve it?
Started happening after we upgraded our Studio version to 2025.10.12 and I’m currently using System.Activities version 24.10.8

Since you haven’t provided details - info or screenshot, it is difficult to make recommendations. However, please make sure you have properly filled out the "Orch Folder Path" field in the "Get Asset" activity.
Sometimes, a system activities package upgrade can cause field values to disappear.
do not select the asset/folder path from the dropdown… it doesnt resolve properly when you upgrade the packages and also when you move it to a different tenant..
always use a variable which ideally should be passed from your config object.

It happens due to Orchestrator connection lag or something. Follow this solution:
Click on + icon at orchestrator folder section and use expression editor there enter the path as a string, samething do for the asset name as well.

This has been an observed issue in latest version
The fix is to hit refresh at the bottom right of the studio

I’ve been having it on the STS version, I dunno why it’s happening but the connection to the Orchestrator seems to be slipping, it also affects it when you try to publish to the orchestrator.
Hitting a refresh like Anil suggests resets it. It hasn’t seemed to affect any unattended robots of mine, just Studio
