Asset - Status "unknown"

Although the process is in the same folder with the asset, when adding a process in the package requirements windows the user gets: - an Asset - status "unknown", - link icon unavailable, - Name - not available

The Asset was showing as unknown although the permissions on the Folder containing the asset were fine.

  • The project was not working because had an older version of the same UiPath.System.Activities 21.4.1. That version was not compatible with the Orchestrator version (the project was an older one that was migrated from an older Studio/Orchestrator version).

Upgrading the UiPath.System.Activities package to the latest version 21.10.4 solves the issue and after re-publishing the process the asset dependency is now correctly identified by the Orchestrator.
