Get OCR Text: Invalid API Key specified

Hi there,

When using the Get OCR Text activity to read text from an image in a website, i get invalit api key specified. I did copy the API key from the Admin - Licensing - Computervision and paste it into the property panel of UiPath Document OCR, without specifying the EndPoint.

Can you guide me what i should do to fix this ?

Probably because you need Document Understanding API key rather than the CV one.
Maybe try without any API key first…then the use the DU key

1. Ideally you dont need to give api key it would auto populate
2. Alternately did you happen to copy the correct key or some characters are missed?

that was it ! thanks. I used wrong API key

no, it did not auto populate. i had to go in project properties and paste it there from licenses in cloud account
