do we have to give credit card details inorder to get the api?

when clicked on enable asking to create billing account which is followed by giving card details.

I skipped this and directly clicked TRY THIS API, where I turned ON OAuth 2.0

After this I created API manually and I got the API as below.

When I gave the same API under KEY in google text translate activitie’s property I am getting error like invalid API

Is there a way to convert the whole text in japanese to english using google translate activity in Uipath or just word by word.
