Get Inline Attachements/Images with the "Save Attachements"-Activity

Dear Community,

does anyone have any idea how to get inline attachements of an e-mail in UiPath?
The “Save Attachements” activity in UiPath just gets attachements when they are declared as “attachements” and not as “inline”.
Out of my sight it is an important issue because every mail sent from an IOS-device sends images as inline-attachement, as you can see below.

IOS-Devices:
Content-Type: image/jpeg; name=IMG_0934.jpg; x-apple-part-url=137257A0-977D-46E7-B798-FBBFFAF20F54
Content-Disposition: inline; filename=IMG_0934.jpg
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64"

Android OS:
Content-Type: image/jpeg; name=“20191209_095401.jpg”
Content-Description: 20191209_095401.jpg
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=“20191209_095401.jpg”; size=2167868; creation-date=“Mon, 09 Dec 2019 11:09:50 GMT”; modification-date=“Mon, 09 Dec 2019 11:09:50 GMT”

Maybe take a look at the body of the email and see if those images have their content as a link or as base64 string, and get them manually…
