Get Current Business working day number of the month(Excluding sat,sun and other mandate offs(attached excel))

  1. Based on system date,day - i need to get the current business working day number (excluding Saturdays,Sundays and any mandatory offs based on the particular region - Attached excel file for reference)

  2. Excluding all the non-working days(sat,sun and mandatory holidays) - The current business working day number should be “11”

I have searched online but could not get any related answers.

It would be really helpful if anyone of you help me.
