Get Boolean value from Excel Checkbox

Hi all,

Does anybody know good way to handle below situation?

I would like to get boolean value from Excel like attachment, that contains question and checkbox pair and if it is checked, it is true and blank is false.

Actually, I tried with UiPath but I don’t found good way without implementing macro…
if anybody have good suggestion to me, plz let me know.
