Generate Yearly Report - Assignment completed Items shows as 0 although project is running successfully

Welcome to the community.

Ensure that you are using the same e-mail address across all platforms, Orchestrator, ACME System and Academy. Also reset test data on ACME system and try again.

Updated the email across all platforms but still getting zero completed items

found the solution by running the automation and not resetting the user data before submission.
