Good day !
I am using extract data table activity to extract data from web and to get count i used message box,getting count but when i check extract data table output in immediate window it is showing null also i have put delay before table extract activity.Please find attached screenshot & advise me what changes should i made.

Is this whole a single workflow?
If yea then go to variable panel and check the scope of the variables that you are using
If there are in different workflows then did you pass the arguments and link them ?
Alternately…try debugging and perform step into to see exactly after which step the table is getting null so that you get a clear picture on what is missing
