FTP host - Can any one please help me with this

I have entered the FTP Host as —
“ftp://mft.xyz.com/”
is it correct or some thing is missing over here.
I had even spoke with the IT person , he said he is confused.

I did all the coding for FTP, but i am getting the following error…
