So, I decided to build a simple online tool that helps answer that in under 2 minutes.

What it does
Helps you assess process complexity and automation potential
Calculates an RPA Readiness Score (0–100) instantly
Gives a quick explanation of whether your process is:
Highly automatable
Partially automatable
Not ideal for automation yet
No signup needed, no downloads — just a small project I made to help teams get clarity before starting automation.
Why I Built It
A lot of SMEs want to explore automation but don’t have full COEs or consultants on board.
This tool is designed as a first step — quick assessment → better discussion → clearer business case.
How I Made It
Built using HTML + JS, (itsrpa.com)
Plan to expand it into a small RPA Process Hub — ROI calculator, documentation templates, and more free tools
