Hi @Mohammad.Fuad This generally occurs when you are passing any variable (As argument) whose value has not been initialized. Request you to kindly cross check the values of the variables. Before the send SMTP Mail Message put a log message for screenshotPath this will give us correct idea

Get queue items - QueueItemStates not working

Can you update UiPath.System.Activities and see if it makes a difference? Can you post a screenshot of which QueueItemStatuses you have ticked? Have you verified the Orchestrator folder which you are running from in Studio?

Retry splitting on REF

If you want to use Orchestrator retries, something like this would work: [image] This way if the item is retried from Orchestrator, it will start processing from correct place. Note the Assign on transactionItem.Progress, it’s important as Set Transaction Progress activity does not update the transaction property on the item (only in Orchestrator).
