Read Range Error in Excel

Hey @ajnaraya , If the excel file is empty then The read range workbook activity throws an nullReference Exception So to handle this exception , please surround your read range activity using Try Catch activity Wrap the Read Range workbook activity like below screenshot [image] Hope it helps you out

Unattended Automation Works When I am Logged In but not when on Screen Lock

Hi @postwick @Anil_G I wanted to write back to you to confirm that after your guidance, I managed to get this working on my spare laptop as an unattended service with the robot logging in and logging out when it is finished. I’m really please I got over this hurdle and couldn’t have done it without your help. Thanks again for your support on this! Mark

@StevenIsRobotOnline First use this regex to get the value…the first matched value is what you need so use as below and then you can replace all special characters and spaces [A-Z]*[ \-,]*(?=\d{4}) System.Text.regularExpressions.Regex.Replace(System.Text.regularExpressions.Regex.Match(str,"[A-Z]*[ \-,]*(?=\d{4})").Value,"[^A-Z]","") [^A-Z] - this takes care of removing extra characters [image] Hope this helps cheers
