How to set execution target for 'Queue' trigger type?

Sorry to be blunt, but wtf?! I was really looking forward to working with Queue Triggers and tested it today. Really disappointing to not have this option I was using on Time Triggers all the time. Is this a cycle of people don’t use it much → no company resources allocated to this issue → people won’t use it more? Add Data Column does not work but it does not show any error message

Another possible reason is that if you’re writing back to the spreadsheet with Append Range and have an additional column of data in your datatable, it will NOT rewrite the headers at the top of the Excel file.
