そのファイルでしか再現しないのであれば、そうかもしれません。 Excelへの書き込みはセル書き込みアクティビティの方が安定する →セル書き込みとなると、一つのセルの中に全てのデータが収まるようなイメージでしょうか？この後の処理が、Excelに書き込まれたデータの中で、C1、F3のデータを取得するというような作業が含まれるため、セル書き込みは難しいかもしれません。 この部分は処理でどのようにでもできると思いますので、可能であれば、実現したいことを具体的に共有いただければと思います。
