Form as Local Files(uiform) - How Do I Upload Them to Action Center?

I just stumbled upon this new feature(new to me since I noticed it few days back)

I created a simple Local Form and tried uploading it to Action Center.
Guess what happened next.

That’s when I decided to go through the documentation.
I felt somewhat let down when I discovered that it only accepts JSON files and not uiform files, which brings me to my next question:

How exactly is this feature(creating uiform files) useful if we can’t use it in Action Center?
Where did I go wrong?
Am I missing something?
