For any workflow i'm getting the error: "Executor start process failed, reason access denied"

Hi

I’ve just installed the trial version of UiPath. I am able to configure a workflow but when I try to execute it i am getting the following error:

Message: Executor start process failed, reason Access denied. (Exception of HRESULT : 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

Exception Type: Exception

System.Exception: Executor start process failed, reason Access denied. (Exception of HRESULT : 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

I’ve seen a similar post of someone getting the same error message after using the task scheduler. I haven’t used the task scheduler so far. I have tried to change the local security configurations to remove access restrictions, with no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this error?

Could you please add your workflow. Is this error occurring before anything is logged or when you are trying to perform a specific activity?

Hi,

Can you check whether

  1. UiPath Robot Services are Running?

  2. There are sufficient privilege to start a new service?
