I tried to register in UiPath Academy with my personnel mail. After giving all the details, it showed a message stating activation mail has been sent to your mail. But i could not find any activation mail in my mail.Please help to fix this.

Check all your folders, (updates,spam etc…) Sometimes it will be in other folder then inbox.

Did you try to re-register?
This seems to be an endemic problem. This is the second time this year I’ve signed up for an Orchestrator CE account and haven’t received a verification email. From my end I have confirmed that the inbox is receiving emails from internal and external email addresses, and can also send emails out to internal and external mailboxes.
I don’t want to keep hitting “Send another email”. Last time it took me several weeks to get UiPath to help me unshackle that account.
And, I’ve checked all my inbox folders. Logged out and logged back into the mailbox. It’s been nearly 15 minutes and no verification email.
