Filter out rows which don't have specific value for the specific column

i want to filter out a data table in such a way that the filtered out rows don’t have specific value for the specific column, since filter wizard is not available in the latest update, how do i do it?

Try to downgrade the excel package if available

OR

You can uninstall excel package and try again

Those activities are not datatable activities
