File got deleted automatically

Hi everyone I recently faced an issue, when I was pushing my test cases to azure repo, my main files and all the test cases got deleted automatically and cannot even find them in recycle bin neither it is published to azure repo.

Please on priority can anyone help me out about this issue

Note: Used VM to build and store the code

Check the repo history if they are published.You can revert to a previous commit if needed.

Check VM recycle bin also

Yes I did both but couldn’t find the file
