File conversion error OLE2 stream

Hi,
I’m try to convert the file format from .xls to .xlsx that time i’m getting below error

Right now i’m having this type of file. When i try to save .xlsx i’m getting above error

Can some one help me on this

I observed Read Range workbook activitiey is giving this error while reading a .xls file.
However, it works completely fine while using Excel Application Scope and then, using Read Range activity from UiPath.Excel.Activities.
