It seems that the data read from the PDF is quite large and it is not able to be displayed in the message box. However, you could try writing the data to a text file using Write Text File Activity and check the contents of text file.

This error typically occurs when the UiPath Studio is installed on a non-default location. Try reinstalling UiPath Studio on the default location and check if the issue persists. If not, check the environment variable settings of the machine and ensure that the variable “UIPATH_HOME” is set to the correct installation path.
