Facing Some issues in Unassisted Task Mining . Task Mining Recorder is not getting activate for doing some piece of operation

Hi, I’m doing some piece of work on task mining, I am facing a problem at one place. I’m not able to activate the task mining recorder. I had invited the user before and then installed Task Mining Recorder, still the “Details” section is not showing the “Start” option.
I can’t figure out why this is happening??
Please help me.

Hi @Kumar_Satyam1 ,

I can see that user havent accepted the invite.

  1. Firstly, User has to accept the invite. They will get added to cloud.
  2. after that, you will see an option to start the recording for that user.
  3. I can help you if you need any more help.

@Kumar_Satyam1 please check your junk email in case the invitation was redirected to that Inbox folder. Then please follow @Akhil_Padgilwar_qbotica directions.
