Extracting Radio Button from PDF

Hi,
I’m trying to get the value of the radio button from the PDF document (not scan).
I tried:
Converting the PDF to text - no value for radio buttons
ScreenScrapping data when the PDF is open in the browser - a lot of pdf is invisible
Currently, I’m using document understanding. I can extract all the data except values from those radion buttons (CASH, FINANCING).
Any suggestions?
