Extract Text from Multiple Invoices with Different formats

Hi ,
I am new to UIPath , and working in a project where i am stuck with an issue.
I have multiple invoices (PDF) and wanted to extract text (Service,Rate, Amount etc .)

But in various PDF ,the name is different for Eg: Instead of Service it can be Description ,Product .
I have tried using Anchor base

But here , UI Element can be different in different PDF ?

How do i solve this?

Hey, try using pick & pick branch activities.
