Extract Structured Data 'table'

Hi

I am using the PDF activity Extract Structured Data ‘table’ to extract data from a table in a pdf file my concern is the metadata and how to add it. the written data in the Pic from the old project but I wanted to understand how it came.

Meta data if you open and see it is basically telling you what are the columns and how many would be there and how they are separated
