Extract specific data from images

Hi team

I want to extract 2 data from images, the format of the images is mostly similar but might change in the future
the image is:

the image is of tif type
from this image I need to extract the file name and then the 2 files:

this is present in right below corner

this is present at the right-most below corner

so kindly help me as to how to extract the three things and write in excel
i tried using load image and ocr but I think regex might not be effective here as the format might not remain the same

so kindly give suggestions

thankyou for the suggestion but this will only help me get the 2 data from the image but I also need the file name which should be added as soon as the extracted data is added
