Read specific text from .jpg

Hi Everyone,
How to extract dynamic .jpg image text using any OCR. but for example education certificates. and certificates are in different format because each university haing their own format so we need to extract like Name and Marks etc…
Any idea?

Hi @sunilraju please use the appropriate ocr for data extraction and the get the values by regex.
