Extract Document Data: The type initializer for 'UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Digitizer.Preprocessing.MimeDetectiveTypeChecker' threw an exception

I try to use the Extract Document Data activity to replace a demo workflow I had with the Ask GPT activity. I think it is properly configured but I always get the same error:
Extract Document Data: The type initializer for ‘UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Digitizer.Preprocessing.MimeDetectiveTypeChecker’ threw an exception.
The input file is a PDF file (pdf text, no OCR should be needed). I saw a similar post here: "Digitize Document: The type initializer for 'UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Digitizer.Preprocessing.MimeDetectiveTypeChecker' threw an exception.",
but the advice proposed here didn’t solve the problem for me.
Any help is greatly welcome.

Additional information:
When opening my workflow, I have this error showing in red:
NU1101: Unable to find package Mime-Detective.Definitions.Exhaustive. No packages exist with this id in source(s): C:\Users\eric.marciano\AppData\Local\Programs\UiPath\Studio\Packages, https://gallery.uipath.com/api/v2, https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/uipath/Public.Feeds/_packaging/UiPath-Official/nuget/v3/index.json, https://www.myget.org/F/workflow/

I’ve also had this issue, think its only occurred since the 2023.10 update so would be keen to understand!

I found the reason: this is because the nuget.org feed was missing. In the package manager, I have added it and it solved the problem. The URL to use for this source is: https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json
