Digitize Document: The type initializer for 'Emgu.CV.MatInvoke' threw an exception

Hi all,
I’m creating flow with Digitize Document. And facing the error:
“The type initializer for ‘Emgu.CV.MatInvoke’ threw an exception”

I did tried to upgrade/downgrade Package version, but it is still error.

Please give your advice.
