Extract Data From Merged Column from PDF

Unable to get PDF Table values as columns are not separated in a structured manner, some columns are merged.
Is there any way we get data using Document Understanding ?
Like one column contains two different data ex. (Column 1: Serial No | Date) (Column 2 : Material | Specification)
