Extract data from e- Ecommerce

Hi , I need to extract and save the third image of the particular product from e-commerce ,Can you please guide me how it can be done . Tried with recording but right click is not working and hence unable to save.

Note:product keep on changing everytime

Use Click activity and indicate that image. And then set Mouse Button property to Right under Input section.
