Export to csv characters are broken

When you change the format to a CSV file using the Export to csv activity, the characters in the CSV file change to ?? It is displayed as . what should I do?

Why not use write csv?

HI,

Probably it’s encoding matter. For now, can you check what encoding is used in the csv file using TextEditor etc?
