Experiencing limitation on numbers of rows processing in Excel

Hi
I am using community edition. The execution of read range is throwing an exception if I am executing more than 3.5 Lac rows . Please let me how do we fix this .

what is the exception thrown?

Online checking error and aborting in between. The exception does not come when you execute for around 3 Lacs reports.
