Execute unknown assignment rule after update record

Hello

I have a process in production that updated fields in cases in salesforce, worked perfect
somehow now after the robot update the fields ( even 1 )
the owner of the case is changed using assignment rule that is unknows to my salesforce colleague.
I tried to add the Owner field to my update activity but its “Reference only”, I cant write to it with the activity but manually with the same user I can
im working with package 1.9.3
any suggestion?

but just now the SF team has solve it
