May I know if we can use exhchange server for gmail accounts, if yes then what will be the gmail server?
As far as I know, Google doesn’t allow/enable Exchange sync on personal gmail accounts. The feature does exist in the form of Gmail Exchange ActiveSync but for corporate, GSuite, political or educational accounts, etc.

Actually I’m facing issue with SMTP, sometimes the smtp sends email fine and most of the time it just hangs the process in the bot machine at smtp activity due to which the application doesn’t even stops executing
but the same works fine in my machine all the time

Is it possible that the bot machine (which is probably a virtual machine) sits behind a firewall that blocks the SMTP requests?
Sometimes your machine’s network config or your user permissions can be different from the bot’s and that causes such issues. Please check with your network team, if you explain the issue to them, they will be able to confirm what is the case.
