Exception screenshot was log in orchestrator but cant find in the folder

I am using reframework and when i check the orc log it was able to capture the exception screenshot but when I check the folder the screenshot is not there , what seems to be the problem ? thanks

Hello @AhmedKutraphali ,

Can you paste here where is the Exceptions_Screenshots folder, where you looked?
Might be the problem that you’re not looking at the correct folder.
