Can you use the Kill process activity and delay before the excel activities
And what are you trying to write is it a formula?
If yes can you share that here?

エラー発生時の状況が、上記の例の通りの状態になっていませんでしょうか？
例えばこのアクティビティ以前にUI操作をしていて、セルが編集状態になっていないか等々

At first, I will try to kill process(Excel) and add delay before excel application scope.
I try to write to japanese format date : dateStart.ToString(“yyyy年M月d日”)

Have you tried to add the value in the datatable and then write them in the excel file? @trinhthithu

再実行したら、エラーが解消されたときもありますが、
また数日後、他のデータで実行したら、エラーが発生しました。
なので、上記のエラーメッセージが出たら、原因を予想したいですね。
