I want to copy a basic excel data 30 rows and 10 colums as it is into email body. What can I use when I am using Send Outlook Email.

Thank you for your prompt response, I tried this solution, but, I am loosing the excel properties, I need to bring the exact excel table $ values and (-)ve values on the email body. Hope you understand

So to solve this I am preparing the sheet with manually copy, paste into New-mail.
