HOW TO COPY FROM EXCEL AND PASTE IT MAIL DASHBOARD

I have more then 10 excel data’s. then i want to copy this excel data’s and paste it in mail Dashboard one by one .

Is it possible ?

How to write excel data in outlook mail?

I created a workflow wherein bot reads the excel data and then created a loop for each row.
