Excel data pasting

hi,
i have to copy 4 columns from excel sheet and paste those columns in different excel sheet but
the columns should not be pasted sequentials one columns should be pasted in a the next column data should be pasted in c so on and the 4th column data which is getting pasted should be splitted and only 4 words need to be placed in it.any suggestions how to solve this scenarios
