Insert column prior pasting data

Hi,
I have excel with different sheets. i have to copy a specific column from “XYZ” sheet to ABC sheet but prior pasting the column in “ABC” sheet. i have to insert a column prior from last column( which will reflect with the color in that column). it has to everytime column whenever i run bot there. once it insert the column then it can paste the data into it. can someone help me on this
