Excel automation(sheet cpmparision)

I have two excel files…
If daily sales store of 1st sheet matches with CV_OLD_STORE_NAMES of 2nd sheet then I want to replace 1st sheet Daily Sales Store values with 2nd sheets NEW_CODES

yep…only the names to be replaced with CODE number
