Compare 2 excel Files for order no and marchent ID if match to take Store Code

hi
i have 2 excel files.
i have to compare from Excel-2 OrderNo to in Excel-1 Merchant_ID if it matched have to take Store Code from Excel-2 then write in Excle-1 in Store Code Column.if not matched write in store code column --N/A
