Excel append range problem

Hi,
I am working with excel and data table automation where I need to filter some data from an excel file and append it to the next excel file. But when I used the ‘append range’ activity, the very first filtered data is being written twice in the new excel file. On the other hand, when I use ‘write range’ activity, it writes the first filtered data only once. Can anyone help me with this problem please. Thanks
