Excel Add-in loaded, and trusted, but still not working

HELP
I’ve gone through every possible thread here, went through each of the troubleshooting tips multiple times.

My problem is that the Excel AddIn used to work fine. Somehow stopped working.
It shows as loaded, com-addin and trusted.

I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled Excel, but no luck
even used the Studio “repair tool for Microsoft office”

I get the standard error message

any other suggestioins?

Have you checked with your IT security team to see if they have a policy that’s blocking Excel add-ins?

Thanks for the thought. But this is installed for personal use “training” on my laptop
