Microsoft Outlook 365 Connection : Event trigger is picking wrong robot and account

Using Microsoft Outlook 365 connection and setup event based trigger (for any new email) to trigger process in test environment.

Whenever new email arrives based on filter criteria, process is running but getting failed due to different robot and account. Not sure what is getting wrong here.

Info : Could not start executor.

  1. Objective is to trigger process whenever any new email arrives based on filter criteria.

  2. It seems there is a limitation of monitoring multiple mailboxes in one connection → we have to create multiple connections of same use case.
