Action App Not Appearing in Escalation List in UiPath Agent Builder

Hello UiPath Community,

I’m encountering an issue while working with UiPath Agent Builder and Action Center integration.

I attempted to create an action directly within the Agent Builder, but unfortunately, it did not allow me to create the action as expected. As a workaround, I developed the Action App separately and deployed it to the same folder where the agent is deployed.

However, when I try to configure an escalation for the agent, the Action App does not appear in the escalation app list. This is preventing me from linking the escalation to the intended action.

Steps Taken:

  1. Tried creating an action within Agent Builder – unsuccessful.

  2. Created the Action App separately using the UiPath Studio.

  3. Deployed the Action App to the same directory as the Agent.

  4. Attempted to configure escalation in Agent Builder – Action App not listed.

Issue:

The Action App is not visible in the escalation configuration dropdown, even though it is deployed in the same location as the agent.

Request:

Could anyone advise on:

  • Any known limitations or dependencies that might prevent the Action App from appearing?

  • How to ensure proper linkage between the Agent and the Action App for escalation purposes?
